¶ IVAO Events Support Award
Avoid using outdated terms to refer to this award. “HQE Award”, “HQ Events Award”, "HQ Event", or “HQ Award” are no longer valid expressions. If you need an abbreviation, use "ESA" as in Events Support Award; or "E.S. Award".
The IVAO Events Support Award is a special award used to create activity and increase the attractiveness of an IVAO Event. Born upon the legacy of the old HQE Award, this award is integrated when the Divisional Events Department or the IVAO Events Department wants to highlight the importance of its event – generally speaking, this award is usually integrated into an RFE/RFO/MSE, PDE, or events that celebrate an important occasion such as an anniversary, an airbridge between two divisions, and more.
The participation as a pilot or ATC/FMC rewards points towards this award. Therefore, this award is available on multiple levels.
¶ Pilots
- Bronze — Fifteen (15) participations as a pilot in events integrating the IVAO Events Support Award
- Silver — Twenty-five (25) participations as a pilot in events integrating the IVAO Events Support Award
- Gold — Fifty (50) participations as a pilot in events integrating the IVAO Events Support Award
¶ ATC / Follow-me
- Bronze — One (01) participation as an ATC/FMC in events integrating the IVAO Events Support Award
- Silver — Five (05) participations as an ATC/FMC in events integrating the IVAO Events Support Award
- Gold — Ten (10) participations as an ATC/FMC in events integrating the IVAO Events Support Award
¶ Participation reports
- Use the IVAO Events Reporting System to report your participation in an event integrating the IVAO Events Support Award
¶ Divisional Awards
- Aviation Celebration Tours and Events - Issued to any user participating in any Celebration Tour or Event
- Pilot Events - Given to any Pilot that has participated in 10 events organized by the Division
- ATC Events - Given to any ATC that has participated in 10 events organized by the Division
- Division Meeting - Given to anyone participating to a real life meeting organised/approved by the division
