The purpose of these rules is to provide the highes possible quality of ATC service in our Division, and so that no controller would ever find himself in a situation that he can't cope with.
- Active controllers should be able to use all functions of Aurora, and have read the manual thoroughly.
*Note, that IvAc 1 and IvAc 2 are not supported software anymore.
- All controllers must have their ATIS set up correctly with all necessary details and no unnecessary remarks. Setting up vATIS.
*Note, including RCC is not mandatory, including expected arrival and type of approach is preferable (Always check ATIS IRL for reference)
- Primary language used in aviation and in our Division is English and must be used in the first place. Polish language is also used as a secondary language thus all controllers should be familiar with both English and Polish phraseology.
- Every controller should read and understand relevant procedures for the airport/sector that is going to be under his/hers control.
- Controllers are required to have and use all applicable charts if necessary when providing ATS.
- Controllers are required to meet the requirements set out in the position standard procedures.
